Hiking the Florida Trail

The day after Thankgsiving, Josh, Madi, Lyrad and I took a 10-mile-hike along part of the Florida Trail.  Apparently, the Florida Trail is intended to cross the whole state of Florida (eventually), sort of like an Appalachian Trail.  It was a wonderful hike, except for the time when a deer hunter in a bright orange vest walked aross the trail carrying a long rifle.  We were a little nervous after that, since we weren't wearing bright orange vests.  Luckily we made enough noise to scare the deer (and hunters) away to stay safe.
