Life in Florida

Eliza, Madi and Rachel have seen enough Air Force Air Museums in their lifetime, but Josh was excited to see the museum here.  We took his 3 cousins with us and enjoyed seeing all the airplanes and historical artifacts (including a real Nazi flag)
Our cousins live a mile or so away from us and we love seeing them often.  Josh is thrilled that Ben and Sam ride Josh's same bus to the elementary school.
Josh's pet hermit crab (above) only lasted a few days.  He's also found frogs, a snake, lizards, and a turtle in our  neighborhood.

Eliza, Mara (our cousin who's Rachel's age) and Rachel at our beach, 15 minutes from our house.  We saw a jelly fish swimming by us.  The beach is beautiful and so warm.  I swam out really deep with Eliza and we loved floating the big waves.
Lyrad, me, Josh, Mara, and Rachel.  Mara and Rachel have 3 classes (and lunch) together at school
A frog on Josh's bedroom window
Josh has 5th grade band 2 mornings a week, before school, at the middle school.  He chose the TROMBONE and is loving making loud sounds throughout our house.  Instead of renting an instrument, we found a King student trombone on Craig's List for the price of 2 months' rental.  What a steal!  (I call it a Tithing Blessing.)

I am so excited that Josh is playing the trombone! We are going to have to get together for a brass band in a few years. Maybe Rebecca will choose french horn so she can be in it too!
