While Lyrad was deployed, he decided he wanted to get a motorcycyle. He had too much time on his hands and was thinking about all the fun he had riding his Dad's motorcycles in CA (his dad owns 6 of them). I'm not a big motorcycle fan, but I told him he could have one if it was on the "smaller end" (not a big Harley Davidson) and if he didn't take it on the highway. (our town doesn't have a highway) He loves commuting to work on it (20-30 minutes each way) and he even went home teaching on it (below). I've had some fun motorcycle rides with him, but I won't be getting a motorcycle license.
Josh loves to ride on it, too. Lately Lyrad and Josh will go for rides to look for snakes. They've had 2 snakes escape (in our garage).
I guess we know we've been in the south long enough, if we're turning into rednecks: we have a motorcycle, a pick-up truck, a go-cart... yee haw.

Steve is trying to sell his 1982 Honda motorcycle. He will keep his scooter.
