Isaac loved EFY and said it was the best week of his life so far. He wishes he could go back. And he wants to get a job as an EFY counselor in 2 years.
His roommate was from Oklahoma. One of Isaac's new friends lives an hour north of us, so Isaac, Eliza, and Madi took off one day to go hang out with him. I was nervous for Isaac, since it was his first time driving an hour on the "big city" freeway without a parent, but he did great. And they missed their turn-off and got stuck in traffic, so it took almost 2 hours to get there. But he (and my van) came home all in one piece!
