Josh was excited for his first Pinewood Derby, ever since Uncle Darren gave him a Pinewood Derby Secrets book for Christmas! I told Josh that if he didn't win, we'd go out to ice-cream afterwards. (And if he did win, he would get the glory and no ice-cream.) So he wasn't TOO sad when he got out in the double elimination race. He had fun watching his car race 5 times. The pack has about 40 boys so it was an exciting night with lots of impressive cars!
