Rachel loves her haircut... but the cool thing is that Eliza cut it! Eliza watched haircutters and learned how to layer hair and I was so impressed with her new talent that I hired Eliza to cut my hair last week. (But I don't do a photo session after a hair cut, like Rachel does.)
