Eliza and Jordynn. When we left CA, Jordynn was just learning to walk. Now she runs all over and talks!

Dan took everyone to see the shipping lane that comes off of the Gulf of Mexico.

For Thanksgiving, my brother Dan and his wife Paige and his cute little girls, Sydney and Jordynn, came to Houston (Paige grew up in Houston, and she and Dan met when Dan was a missionary there). Paige's mom invited us to come and spend Thanksgiving with them, and we were all so excited to see them. We drove 3+ hours that morning, then back home that night. Other than my getting a speeding ticket on the way there, we had a great day! We enjoyed our Texan Thanksgiving, including the deep fried (in peanut oil) turkey. I played with the little girls and the older kids played "Ticket to Ride" with Aunt Paige, and Isaac watched some football with Uncle Dan. On the way home we stopped to see our friends in another part of Houston and enjoyed ping pong "around the world" matches and chocolate mousse pie with them.
