We had "jumping jacks" rest stops to help us stay awake while driving. It was so peaceful having only one child in each car! Josh rode with me so we could listen to Huckleberry Finn on CD.
We stopped at Arches National Park
We were so excited to see the Four Corners... what a bummer that it was closed!
We ate dinner in Farmington, New Mexico, then kept driving until midnight when we stopped at the Air Force base in Albuquerque.

That's quite a trip. It makes our little 1500 mile jaunt through Nevada and California look like a Sunday drive!
