After dropping off the older 3 at EFY, Josh and I hung out at the Alamo in San Antonio while waiting for Rachel to arrive in Texas. Josh LOVED the tiny scale models of the Alamo battles and the weapons displays! One bowie knife display quoted the passage from Bram Stoker's Dracula in which Dracula is killed with a bowie knife.
Josh loves his new coonskin cap! He's convinced that it's a real tail with real leather on it. I requested the Disney "Davy Crockett King of the Wild Frontier" from the library, so we can learn about a hero of the Alamo!
