Josh really wanted a store-bought ice-cream cake for his first time ever. He thought it was the coolest thing, after turning down all the great knights and castles cake ideas the girls and I suggested.
I really should've been getting ready to move instead of throwing parties, but Josh loved his Knights party. They played "Get the Ogre" (Lyrad wore a scary mask and the kids threw water balloons at him), played "Steal the Shield" (like Steal the Bacon), went on the slip and slide, caught candy catapulted at them, hunted for gold candy coins, jousted with a pool noodle, and had sword fights with dollar store swords.
