Trunk or treat and costumes

At the trunk-or-treat, Josh put the candy down his Arab dress (the candy bundle is hanging over his belt).  The trunk-or-treat/chili-cook-off/games turned out great.  Which was a relief to me because the bishop asked me to be in charge of it.   I'm glad the days of delegating, cooking, setting up, coordinating, etc, are over!  Being in charge of huge parties is NOT my thing.  I prefer being in the nursery with 12 cute toddlers (which I get to do every Sunday).

Josh made this Viking costume all by himself:  his weapon (out of cardboard and duct tape), his skirt (out of an old military t-shirt and the hot glue gun), the ties on his shirt, and the straps wrapped around his legs (and taped onto his legs).   Lyrad made my paper-mache Viking hat (12 years ago).

Rachel was a "Germany fan" with Princess Elyse (cousin) and Josh
